It is practically impossible for redrozcreation.com Designers to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Mirraw.com is aware of this genuine problem. While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following –
- Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor and vice versa. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no full proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.
- Many a time’s green and blue shades also overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
- Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
- Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is an inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
- Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.
Beads and Sequences missing or Coming off We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequins and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might lose some of them. SHIPPING OR COURIER
SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver to all and any postal address around the globe and Free Shipping in India. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
For international shipments, some courier company parcel may be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answer the doorbell.
Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday in all international countries with 5-day work culture.
For each product we have mentioned time to ship along with the product description. These are indicative & approx. values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of product and other factors.
It is advisable to email us with the product codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.
In some cases, if customer have selected products from different shipping day’s category, the overall dispatch date will be applicable as per higher shipping days of their selected products.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is not included in each item’s price. We have Fair & Transparent shipping rates.
International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. Shipping rates are based on per Kg of the product. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
AWARE ABOUT SHIPMENTS
Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, redrozcreation.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account, nor shall redrozcreation.com attempt re-shipment of the same order.
Courier Company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for international shipment after that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your relative courier office in your area and the charges will be be borne by customer. For further attempts by courier companies for delivery cost will also be barred by customer as rescheduling charges
IF COURIER COMPANY FAILS TO DELIVER, CUSTOMER WILL NOT SUFFER ANY LOSS. IN-TRANSIT RISK IS ALL OURS, BUT RED ROZ CREATION WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES OR ANY FULL OR PARTIAL DAMAGES TO THE PACKAGE AFTER BEING LEFT AT CUSTOMER’S ADDRESS BY POSTAL / COURIER AGENCY.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days and after confirmation from customer, then after we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability
ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS
Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to info@old.redrozcreation.com and the needful will be done.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Red Roz Creation. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
WHAT IF ANY DELAYS
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail and for the same no compensation will be given. However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to give you Credit Note for unfulfilled part of the order. Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc… In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.
VAT & CUSTOMS DUTIES
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by the respective country government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In case, we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the amount to you after deducting 10% of order amount as admin fees. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed by us. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Red Roz Creation and accept Red Roz Creation’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.
In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, Red Roz Creation recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:
– Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.
– Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.
– Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM
On receipt in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that Red Roz Creation may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at info@old.redrozcreation.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Red Roz Creation Store regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email us at info@old.redrozcreation.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Red Roz Creation for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Red Roz Creation does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Red Roz Creation shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
All defective products being returned to Red Roz Creation shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Red Roz Creation within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Red Roz Creation Store.
Safe receipt of defective product by Red Roz Creation is sole responsibility of the customer. While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Red Roz Creation Store shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Red Roz Creation Store may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES. Please note that Stitched Goods are not covered in Return Policy. Stitched Goods are not accepted nor replaced.
REFUNDS
If you received a damaged item or there is manufacturing defect in the item, we will gladly initiate the refund process for your order. All you have to do is email us on: info@old.redrozcreation.com with your order no. within a week of receiving the parcel & reason for refund of the order. After getting your refund request, we will process your refund within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.
Note: We will deduct 10% transaction charges that we have pay to our payment processors.
